Individual Hot Eating Pies
Cooked
Pre heat oven to 180c, place pies on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for approximately 25-30min. Ensure it is piping hot (cooked thoroughly) before serving.
From frozen, reduce time if thawed.
Pre heat over to 180c, egg wash and place pies on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for approximately 35-40min. Ensure it is piping hot (cooked thoroughly) before serving.
Family Pies
Cooked
Pre heat oven to 180c, place pies on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for approximately 50-60min. Ensure it is piping hot (cooked thoroughly) before serving.
From frozen, reduce time if thawed
Pre heat oven to 180c, egg wash and place pies on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for approximately 40/45min. Ensure it is piping hot (cooked thoroughly) before serving.
Large Shepherd’s Pie
If frozen defrost thoroughly
Pre heat oven to 180c, cover with foil and place in the middle of the oven. Cook for 35 minutes. Then remove foil, and cook for a further 10 minutes. Ensure it is piping hot (cooked thoroughly) before serving
Large Cottage Pie
If frozen defrost thoroughly
Pre heat oven to 180c, cover with foil and place in the middle of the oven. Cook for 35 minutes. Then remove foil, and cook for a further 10 minutes. Ensure it is piping hot (cooked thoroughly) before serving
